Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the design and planning of major civil infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) registration with ECSA is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in leading conceptual design phases and feasibility studies.
• Strong understanding of various infrastructure sectors and project lifecycles.
• Exceptional remote communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design and feasibility studies for major civil engineering projects, including transportation, water, and energy infrastructure.
• Provide expert technical consultation and direction remotely to project teams and external consultants.
• Develop high-level project plans, scope definition, and preliminary cost estimates.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential challenges for infrastructure development.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and environmental specialists to ensure preliminary compliance strategies.
• Utilize advanced communication and collaboration tools to manage geographically dispersed project elements effectively.

Education
