Hire Resolve is seeking a highly qualified Civil Engineer to design municipal water, sanitation, roads and stormwater systems, and to manage professional services tendering and statutory approvals for complex projects. The role includes preparing contract documentation, overseeing procurement, and coordinating with project teams to ensure quality, risk control, and on-time delivery.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, WaterMate, and PipeMate is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BTech / BEng).
• 8+ years of professional experience post-graduation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, WaterMate, and PipeMate.
• Strong understanding of professional services tendering processes and agreements.
• Familiarity with statutory approval procedures.
• Experience compiling construction contract documentation and overseeing procurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage commercial, quality, resourcing, scheduling and technical risks.
• Willingness to travel to remote project sites and mentor junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Design municipal services including water supply, sanitation systems, bulk earthworks, roads and stormwater management.
• Manage tendering processes and professional services agreements.
• Navigate statutory approval procedures.
• Prepare construction contract documentation and oversee procurement.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil3D, WaterMate and PipeMate for project development.
• Oversee all stages of project development from planning to contract administration.
• Monitor risks, scheduling, quality, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct measurements and valuations to ensure accurate schedules and quantities.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide information and support.
• Contribute to technical advancement and business development through QA and excellence.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in design reviews.
