Job summary

C3 Resource Investments (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex feasibility studies, concept designs and performance-based design initiatives. You will prepare clear drawings, reports and specifications for permitting, tendering and construction, while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

You will manage multi‑discipline projects, coordinate external consultants, and act as a senior technical lead during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• ECSA Professional registration is required.
• Eight+ years of relevant structural engineering experience; strong knowledge of codes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex feasibility studies, concept designs and performance-based design initiatives.
• Prepare structural drawings, specs and reports for permitting, tendering and construction.
• Oversee project financials, risk registers and client escalations; ensure profitability and quality deliverables.
• Lead site technical teams during critical construction phases and meetings.
• Establish QA/QC processes for the structural group and lead technical reviews.
