Overview

Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced Professional Civil & Electrical Engineer (PR Tech Eng or PR Eng). This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects and be part of a dynamic engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil and electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and review technical designs drawings and reports in line with industry standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and clients.
• Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence and quality compliance.
• Conduct site visits and manage on-site technical activities.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Registered PR Tech Eng or PR Eng with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa).
• BTech / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years relevant engineering experience, particularly within civil and electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management, design and implementation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Chemistry, Water-care Utilization / Treatment, or Chemical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in water treatment or process engineering.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts within the water treatment industry.
