Job description

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Circuit Coordinator to join our team headquartered in South Burlington, VT. There is a possibility this position can be fully remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Identify, recommend, and assist with the implementation of data transport services by evaluating circuit information stored within the circuit database.
  2. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and vendors through electronic shared folders, joint use spreadsheets, and other communication tools using SQL database, SharePoint, WebEx, Outlook, and similar tools. Manage hosted connections and/or hosted virtual interfaces and other consumption-based services using Equinix and/or similar services.
  3. Coordinate with external teams to monitor contract modification progress and the status of the NOC as it relates to WAN infrastructure changes.
  4. Support workflow processes including receiving and validating requests, identifying suppliers/vendors, processing request orders, confirming delivery, verifying receipt, maintaining services inventory, and closing transactions.
  5. Request, process, and manage circuit logistic services. Manage circuit providers to ensure services are fulfilled at contracted levels and provide daily updates on order status and issue resolution.
  6. Leverage prior Carrier Telecommunications experience with installation, maintenance, and disconnection of data and voice services. Maintain a supplier and contract database to track contract details and communicate with stakeholders via the service automation platform, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  7. Audit circuit utilization and current circuit states, propose service adjustments, and organizational process improvements to optimize costs and reduce product and vendor numbers.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 1+ years of relevant experience.
  2. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, collaborative environment.
  3. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  4. Critical thinking, complex problem solving, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
  5. Technical aptitude with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Experience with MS Office Suite.
  7. Familiarity with ITIL, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with tools including ServiceNow, GitHub, Jira, Confluence.
  3. Experience supporting Government contracts.
Clearance Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability prior to starting.

Physical Requirements:

Office work, typically sedentary with some movement around the office.
