About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Senior Childminder and Development Coach for a prominent family in Randburg, Gauteng . This role involves providing exceptional, full-time care and developmental support for two young children (ages 3 and 5). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood development, possess excellent coaching abilities, and be adept at creating stimulating learning experiences. You will be responsible for managing the children's daily routines, planning educational activities, and ensuring their physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and attentive care for two children, aged 3 and 5, ensuring their safety and well-being. Develop and implement engaging age-appropriate educational activities, games, and routines to promote learning and development. Coach children in essential life skills, social-emotional development, and age-appropriate independence. Manage daily schedules, including meals, naps, hygiene, and outdoor play. Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and play. Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's progress, daily activities, and any concerns. Act as a positive role model, fostering good behavior, values, and a love for learning. Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience as a childminder, nanny, or in a similar childcare role, with a focus on early childhood development.
