The ideal candidate has a Ph.D. or Master’s in Chemical Engineering with 8+ years in R&D, strong kinetics/thermodynamics knowledge, and experience with pilot plants and process

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical R&D, process innovation, or scale-up.
• Strong understanding of kinetics, thermodynamics, and separation technologies.
• Experience with lab instrumentation, pilot plant operations, and process simulation software.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
