Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Change Management Consultant to guide organisations through major transitions in Benoni and across Gauteng. This role focuses on developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness assessments to ensure sustainable adoption of new technologies and processes.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 6 years' experience, with a proven track record in leading complex change initiatives, and demonstrates strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management consulting.
• Proven track record leading change initiatives for complex projects.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR or Kotter 8-Step Process.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust change management strategies and plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential resistance and opportunities.
• Design and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
• Develop and facilitate training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for new ways of working.
• Build strong relationships with client sponsors and project teams to champion the change initiative.
• Monitor the effectiveness of change interventions and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
