Job summary

Whizants (Pty) Ltd. seeks a Senior Change & Communication Specialist to join a client-based project in Johannesburg. You will lead change-management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communications to support transformation initiatives.

The role requires Prosci Change Management Certification, deep ADKAR expertise, and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines. Relevant tertiary qualification and organisational design experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in change management and strategic communications.
• Prosci Change Management Certification is required.
• Strong working knowledge and practical application of the ADKAR model.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working on complex organisational or transformation programmes.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Organisational design experience will be a distinct advantage.

• Facilitate workshops, briefings and stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor change adoption, risks and resistance.
• Develop change reports, presentations and supporting materials.
