  • Provide expert guidance through the registration and inspection process with CQC and/or Ofsted.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of care policies, safeguarding procedures, and operational frameworks.
  • Mentor and support the growth of a care management team, with the future potential to oversee up to 12 direct reports.
  • Participate in intensive onboarding and ongoing collaboration with senior UK stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant UK legislation, safeguarding protocols, and best practices in residential care.
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert in quality governance, safeguarding, and residential care operations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven leadership experience as a Registered Manager, Senior Care Leader, or Registered Nurse within the UK or aligned care systems.
  • Deep familiarity with CQC and/or Ofsted regulatory requirements and inspection processes.
  • Direct experience supporting the registration or inspection of a children’s home is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership credentials in health, social care, or residential environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remotely while maintaining accountability and communication.
  • Eagerness to engage in regular training and collaborate closely with UK-based team members.
  • Reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet, focused home workspace are essential.
