Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement individualized nursing care for patients and families.
• Participate as a professional member of the multi-disciplinary team in evaluating and developing care plans.
• Coordinate patient services and communicate with unit management about activities and problems.
• Perform related tasks and assist in emergency treatment as indicated.
