We’re looking for a Campaigns Manager who can lead the charge — managing our team of media buyers and taking full ownership of campaign performance across the board.
We need someone who gets stuck in — overseeing execution, spotting issues before they happen, and pushing campaigns to their full potential. If you're obsessed with performance and know how to lead a team that drives results, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the day-to-day performance of multiple paid media campaigns, ensuring they hit key KPIs such as CPL.
Lead and support our team of media buyers — helping them troubleshoot, optimize, and scale campaigns more effectively.
Oversee creative briefs and ad copy to ensure everything going live is conversion-focused and on-brand.
Dive into the data, flag underperforming areas, and guide the team on how to turn things around quickly.
Work closely with copywriters, designers, and CRO experts to ensure all pieces of the funnel are aligned and optimized.
Identify opportunities to increase spend on winning campaigns while managing risk and testing frameworks.
Set up clear processes, playbooks, and quality standards to keep campaign execution sharp and scalable.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, ideally in a lead gen or performance marketing environment
Proven track record of managing media buyers
Deep understanding of Meta Ads, with additional experience across platforms like Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn being a strong bonus
Strong data instincts — you know how to make decisions that improve ROI, not just CTR
Solid creative instincts and the ability to give clear, actionable feedback
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and people at once without dropping the ball
Experience in lead generation or info products is a major bonus
