Sandi Crowther Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Buyer in Durban to lead product development and range building for seasonal fashion lines. You will analyse performance, negotiate costs, and coordinate across Planning, QA, Marketing and other teams to drive successful launches.

The role requires strong commercial and analytical skills, plus 5+ years in fashion retail buying; advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency are essential. Experience mentoring teammates will be valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Buyer in a fashion retail environment.
• Proven product development and range-building experience.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing sales, margins and stock performance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Qualification in Fashion, Retail Buying, Merchandising or similar advantageous.
