Responsibilities:
  1. Source and procure a range of footwear successfully.
  2. Build appropriate ranges aligned with the strategy, paying special attention to trading opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with the planner by analyzing sales patterns, market trends, and brand initiatives.
  4. Develop departmental strategies to maximize sales and source stock to implement these strategies promptly.
  5. Maintain good relationships with staff, suppliers (both nationally and internationally), and key business functions.
  6. Consider the 'big picture' as well as specifics and details.
  7. Assess complex situations and implement workable solutions.
Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Buyer.
  2. Specific footwear knowledge and experience are preferable.
  3. High organization and prioritization skills.
  4. Proficiency with current computer software (Excel, Word, Email) is preferable.
