Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Senior Buyer, Procurement Manager, or similar strategic sourcing role.
• Proven success in leading complex negotiations and managing multi-million rand contracts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
• In-depth knowledge of global supply chain management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Expertise in procurement analytics, cost modeling, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategic sourcing plans for key categories of spend, aligning with corporate goals.
