What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Leading Product Strategy – Work closely with your merchandise planner to curate a product mix that balances trend, quality, and commercial success.
2. Sourcing & Negotiation – Secure the best prices, materials, and supplier relationships to deliver high-quality products on time.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with trend & design, quality, marketing, visual merchandising, and supply chain teams to bring your vision to life.
4. Trend Forecasting – Stay ahead of home décor and interior design trends to keep our product range innovative and in-demand.

What You Need to Join the Team:

1. A relevant degree/diploma (Interior Design, Retail Business Management, Textile, Consumer Science)
2. 5+ years of buying experience in homeware or a similar retail category
3. A deep understanding of textiles, fabrication, and product development
4. Strong experience with merchandise systems & retail analytics
5. Sharp negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate to advanced)
7. Creative flair with the ability to balance design and commercial viability
8. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
9. Experience with patterns and design (advantageous)
10. A valid driver’s license (preferred)
