Delthorn Wholesale Butcheries is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Butchery Manager to lead our butchery operations. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, loyal, trustworthy, and maintain clean and sober habits. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and sales while ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Oversee daily operations of the butchery, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality production.
  2. Manage and supervise butchery staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  3. Ensure all meat products are cut, prepared, and displayed according to company standards.
  4. Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  5. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain inventory.
  6. Control costs and reduce wastage while maintaining profitability.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
