We’re looking for aSenior Business & Warehouse Managerto oversee our warehousing operations, procurement, order processing, and stock management – while playing a key role in the growth of our local and international business.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Staff Management
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
Manage and lead warehouse team to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Implement and maintain inventory control systems
Business & Procurement Operations
Manage end-to-end procurement process from suppliers
Ensure timely stock replenishment and quality control
Maintain strong supplier relationships
Payments & Reconciliation
Oversee business payment processes
Perform and review payment reconciliations
Collaborate with finance team on reporting and accuracy
Shopfront & Stock Management
Supervise shopfront inventory levels
Coordinate retail orders and maintain stock accuracy
Manage showroom presentation and customer flow
Available to work in our showroom in Diep River once a week.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails and online queries and leads.
Order Fulfilment – Local & International
Process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery
Coordinate logistics for local and international shipments
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the delivery cycle
Requirements:
5+ years in a similar warehouse/business operations leadership role
Experience with furniture or retail stock handling preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in business systems, stock control, and payment recon
Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
Must be organized, reliable, and customer-focused
Ability to manage international logistics is a plus
What We Offer:
Competitive basic salary:ZAR 25,000/month
Generouscommission and performance bonuses, often between R10,000-R15,000
