We are looking for a Senior Business Solution and Commercial Manager to drive commercial growth by supporting divisions, enabling cross-divisional deals, and maintaining a strategic commercial perspective.
You will lead Stryker's contract and tender operations, ensuring excellence in tender tracking, governance, and contract management. In collaboration with the Director of EEMEA Business Solutions and Commercial, you will enhance Stryker's market position through continuous improvement.
This role involves managing tender processes, contract negotiations, and overseeing a high-performing team to deliver market and tender insights.
You will also partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Business Enablement, and Sales to support key business functions.
Required: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or Medical Education. At least 8 years of relevant work experience in tender and contract management. Minimum 2–3 years of people management experience. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively at a senior level, both internally and externally. Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred: Experience in the medical device industry within South African market. Proven ability to lead and enable in a complex matrix organization.
