Job Description

Analyze business requirements and problems, understand root causes, identify solutions and implement effective strategies to improve organizational processes, systems, and technologies. Collaborate with various stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and management to understand their needs and translate them into viable solutions. Apply a combination of business acumen, critical thinking, analytical skills, and technical proficiency to drive successful outcomes and support business growth. You will be required to complete a questionnaire which will be submitted to shortlisted candidates only.

7. UML diagramming tools (e.g., draw.io, Visio, LucidChart)
8. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles and practices

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Degree: Industrial Engineering (preferred), Engineering, Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. Experience: Business Solutions Analyst or Business Process Engineer or similar role with 10 years of experience
3. Preferred sectors worked in previously: Financial Service or Fintech with 5 years
4. Understanding of the drivers of business performance: 2 years
