Job Description

To lead the People & Culture agenda for the Group Functions Finance & Value Management portfolio by collaborating with senior stakeholders, advising on crafting and executing bespoke and pragmatic people solutions. To develop a strategic plan for the portfolio that aligns with the business objectives and enhances the people experience within a transforming organization. To lead the portfolio’s change management initiatives, manage various stakeholders, and ensure the visibility of the Business Partnering team in resolving complex problems.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Science, or Social Science.
Experience Required
  • 10+ years of experience in People & Culture, including at least 5 years managing and leading a team.
  • Experience partnering with business managers, adopting a commercial approach, and utilizing data and insights.
  • Experience working within a multinational company, influencing senior management on People & Culture matters in complex environments.
  • Proven track record of coaching and influencing business managers on people issues.
  • Deep understanding of how People & Culture management supports business relevance and employee engagement.
  • Experience implementing integrated People & Culture solutions aligned with business objectives and sustainable performance.
  • Prior experience positioning employee-centric People & Culture products to support business goals.
