About the Role

Our client, a prominent retail group, is looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join their team in **East London**. This hybrid position offers a dynamic work environment, balancing office-based collaboration with remote flexibility. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust BI solutions that provide critical insights into business performance. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, developing data models, creating dashboards, and delivering actionable intelligence. We seek a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background in data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools. You will play a key part in shaping our data-driven decision-making culture and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive business intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Create and optimize dimensional data models for analytical purposes.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes.
