Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Centurion, Gauteng office. This full-time role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and performance optimization.

You will design and maintain dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense), perform in-depth data analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of BI, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Experience with statistical analysis or predictive modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing analytics department. This position is based at our offices in Centurion, Gauteng and requires full-time presence. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role involves developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, as well as conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. You will work closely with various business units to understand their data needs and provide them with the insights required to optimize performance.
