Your day at NTT DATA

The Business Improvement Specialist is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing strategies to enhance business efficiency, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence.

This role is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring sustainable business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process Analysis & Optimization: Assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key business metrics and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive business excellence.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure alignment on improvement projects.
• Technology & Automation: Identify opportunities to implement digital solutions that improve workflow and productivity.
• Project Management: Lead business improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and track progress of strategies to measure effectiveness.
• Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
