We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative who is a cold calling powerhouse, a natural storyteller, and a master of authentic conversation.
You don’t just pitch; you paint a picture that helps people immediately understand our value propositions. You’re someone people want to stay on the phone with. You're sharp, emotionally intelligent, and have the instinct to meet people where they are—from middle management to C-level executives.

What We Do
We work at the intersection of guest experience, revenue, and post-visit engagement, partnering with leading brands in the experience economy (think: venues, tours, attractions, and events) to unlock new value through visual content.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive top-of-funnel activity through high-volume, high-quality prospection, email sequences, cold calls, and intro meetings.

  • Own the first impression with potential partners: from intro to qualification.

  • Build authentic relationships quickly and turn curiosity into booked meetings.

  • Clearly explain value in a way that resonates, tailored to each vertical.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated consultative sales expertise: You have 2-4 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven ability to uncover client needs, tailor solutions, and build long-term relationships through a consultative approach.

  • Strong interpersonal presence: You are warm, engaging, and articulate, able to establish trust and rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.

  • Critical thinker and problem-solver: You navigate complex conversations with ease, think on your feet, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.

  • Confident communicator: You excel in live outreach, particularly via cold calls, and are energized by real-time engagement with prospective clients.

  • Quick to learn and adapt: You absorb new information efficiently and can communicate key concepts with clarity and conviction.

  • Authentic and engaging: Your communication style is genuine and personalized, fostering meaningful conversations that spark interest and engagement.

  • Relevant industry exposure: Experience in the travel, tourism, or venue/events sector is highly advantageous.
