We provide recruitment services to our top clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join one of our clients' teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and stakeholders.
  2. Promote the company’s products and services by addressing or predicting client needs and objectives.
  3. Assist in the preparation of contracts, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and company policies.
  4. Conduct calls, presentations, and demos via multiple communication platforms.
  5. Provide detailed market knowledge and analysis to prospective clients.
  6. Build comprehensive reports to track sales progress and client engagement.
  7. Contact leads, convert them into customers, and build long-term relationships.
  8. Develop and maintain business relationships to generate new opportunities for the company’s products and services.
  9. Understand the target audience and flow of business for liquidity providers.
  10. Participate in expos and conferences to represent the company.
  11. Utilize communication and negotiation skills to close deals and resolve client issues effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. At least 5+ years of experience in liquidity tech sales, software sales, SaaS, infrastructure products, white-label platforms, or similar sales experience.
  2. In-depth understanding of financial markets, including crypto, spot FX, metals, and CFD liquidity.
  3. Proven experience in senior roles related to business development or sales in the financial industry.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Experience in B2B sales and long-term relationship management.
  6. Strong networking abilities and a well-established network in the industry.
  7. Expo/conference experience is highly desirable.
  8. Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  9. Native English speaker, aged 28+ preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in managing or leading business development teams.
  2. Knowledge of liquidity providers and market-making processes.
