Job Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Senior Business Development Consultant to drive growth and partnerships across retail and fintech channels. This mid-level role is ideal for a self-starter with experience selling payment technologies, loyalty solutions, or digital value-added services into formal and informal retail environments.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, engage, and close partnership deals with retailers, brands, technology providers, and independent merchants.
  • Promote and position our value-added services including :

API-integrated solutions

  • Non-integrated terminals and POS devices
  • Voucher, Loyalty & rewards and Cash Out Solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal product and tech teams to scope and execute integrations or deployments.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of our solutions post-onboarding, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and commercial models tailored to client needs.
  • Build a strong pipeline and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Stay abreast of market shifts, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
