Job summary

Raizcorp is seeking a seasoned business professional to join as a full-time, salaried business coach. You will coach a portfolio of entrepreneurs across finance, strategy, sales, marketing, operations, and people development, applying Raizcorp’s coaching methodology.

Prior coaching experience isn’t required; through training you’ll guide entrepreneurs to stronger businesses. You’ll hold monthly coaching sessions, interpret financial data for better decisions, and collaborate with fellow coaches

Qualifications

10–15+ years of experience across corporate, commercial and entrepreneurial environments.
Experience owning or running your own business is mandatory.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance beyond the income statement.

Responsibilities

Hold structured monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with entrepreneurs.
Help owners interpret financial information to improve commercial decisions.
Guide entrepreneurs to strengthen strategies, sales, marketing, operations, and people practices.
Collaborate with coaches and specialists to support each entrepreneur’s development journey.
Track progress in revenue, profitability, and founder development.
