A leading company in the construction industry is seeking a Business Analyst - SAP SD to support its sales and distribution processes. The role encompasses providing functional and technical support for SAP SD, managing user requirements, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders. Candidates must possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with practical SAP experience, particularly in system implementation and user training.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Purpose: Reporting to the SAP Manager, the Business Analyst - SAP SD primarily owns and supports the sales and distribution areas, specifically Customer Master Data, Pricing, Quotations, Orders, Deliveries, and all related SAP SD Reports.
This individual collaborates with key stakeholders to review business and development requirements and define efficient and practical solutions to meet business needs.
They provide day-to-day functional and technical support, ongoing system improvements, and strategic technical system direction.
This individual acts as the gatekeeper for all SAP SD related demand requests and is responsible for the SAP SD processes.
