Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (JHB Contract)

Job Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

Deadline: May 24, 2025

Responsibilities:

• Elaborate on the Scope-of-Work (SoW), i.e., Blueprints for an ERP implementation.
• Assist the Project Manager with detailed client-side change and implementation plans.
• Assess the business impact of the Blueprint, including role changes, procedures, policies, and governance.
• Evaluate Financial Controls and Risk Management measures to be implemented.
• Assess impacted Data Flows and related system and document flow changes.
• Ensure Change Management for these changes, including timely training and communication.

Skills Required:

• 6 to 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Engineer on large-scale ERP projects.
• 2 to 3+ years of experience implementing Financial / ERP solutions (preferably D365 F&O).
• Subject Matter Expert in Financial Controls for Financial Systems (e.g., Banking) is advantageous but not required.
• Experience in Project Management and Change Management is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Technical experience with Data Analysis and Data Flows is desirable but not essential.
• Functional experience with Property / Facilities Management systems is a plus but not required.
• BA and Change Management certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• A B. Com., B. Sc., or similar business systems degree is helpful but not required.
