Salary : R70,000 per month CTC

Type : Full-time, permanent

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This is a high-impact, on-site role focused on improving financial systems and processes across lending, credit, and compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements

Drive improvements across finance systems and operational workflows

Document and manage business requirements throughout the SDLC

Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and technology teams

Facilitate user acceptance testing and support successful implementation of solutions

Requirements :

Minimum 6 years’ experience in a formal Business Analyst role

Finance-related qualification (e.g. BCom, Accounting, Finance, Financial Information Systems)

Formal Business Analysis certification (FTI, BCS, IIBA, or equivalent)

Experience in financial services, credit, lending, or payments environments preferred

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and process modelling frameworks
