Salary: R70,000 per month CTC

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This is a high-impact, on-site role focused on improving financial systems and processes across lending, credit, and compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements
  
  
• Drive improvements across finance systems and operational workflows
  
  
• Document and manage business requirements throughout the SDLC
  
  
• Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and technology teams
  
  
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and support successful implementation of solutions
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in a formal Business Analyst role
  
  
• Finance-related qualification (e.g. BCom, Accounting, Finance, Financial Information Systems)
  
  
• Formal Business Analysis certification (FTI, BCS, IIBA, or equivalent)
  
  
• Experience in financial services, credit, lending, or payments environments preferred
  
  
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and process modelling frameworks
