We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with management consulting experience to support the Climate Action and Financial Wellbeing pillar within our client’s Sustainability function. Reporting to the Acting Head of Sustainability, the successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing and refining strategic plans, collaboration structures, and KPIs, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting the integration of sustainable practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Analysis & Business Insights

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on relevant trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Develop insight and recommendations to enhance the organization’s sustainability strategy.
• Analyse initiatives and measure their impact on employees, customers, and broader stakeholders.
• Identify key risks and opportunities within the sustainability strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, to complete responsibilities including the review of plans, metrics and driving initiatives.
• Engage with external partners, and industry bodies to align the company’s strategy with best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather stakeholder input and ensure alignment on initiatives.

Project Management & Implementation

• Development of organizational wide strategic planning processes.
• Support the review and refinement of collaboration structures to deliver on strategy.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of relevant programs.
• Define business requirements and document processes.
• Develop / refine organizational wide roadmaps to deliver of strategic objectives, supported by clear targets.
• Provide business analysis expertise on sustainability-related products, services, and initiatives.
• Track and monitor progress, ensuring initiatives meet set objectives and deliver value.

Data & Reporting

• Support the review and development of appropriate metrics to track strategic delivery.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to measure the success of initiatives.
• Work with data teams to ensure accurate measurement of key metrics.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Business Analysis Expertise : Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and strategic analysis.
• Sustainability Acumen : Understanding or sustainability frameworks and experience working withing sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility functions is highly desirable.
• Consulting Experience : Proven background in management consulting, with experience in organizational wide programmes.
• Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
• Stakeholder Management : Ability to build relationships and influence key internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Management : Experience managing programmes from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 8+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in management consulting.
• Experience in climate action, financial wellbeing, or sustainability is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles, climate action and corporate governance, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, data visualization, and reporting software is a plus.
