Job description

Reporting to the Senior Manager: Business Analysis, this role is responsible for creating solutions that meet business needs within asset management and performance reporting functions.

The candidate will review, interpret, and analyze business rules and requirements for technical systems to ensure the delivery of quality solutions through business analysis artifacts aligned with expected outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Performing various business analysis tasks to connect information, technology, processes, and business needs to meet objectives.
2. Providing support with performance and attribution analysis of funds, portfolios, classes, benchmarks, and composites.
3. Resolving ad hoc issues as they arise.
4. Delivering projects and enhancements related to asset management.
5. Driving improvements in retail and institutional reporting structures as internal and external requirements evolve.
