Senior Business Analyst

Hybrid position

Minimum requirements:

1. Must have minimum 5 years experience in an Analyst role working on large scale projects / experience in strategic analysis activities.
2. Relevant diploma or degree in IT/Computer Science, Social Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
3. IT industry experience advantageous.
4. Business Analyst Development (BAD).
5. System development and design (SAD).

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and articulate product opportunities, combined with analysis of regulatory legal documentation and translate them into business requirement documents with full traceability.
2. Consider the stakeholders' business drivers and find the right balance between regulatory and business requirements to ensure the best solution that drives both the best customer experience and revenue.
3. Work across a broad spectrum of products and teams.
4. Engage and liaise with other BAs, Dev teams, compliance, and manage stakeholders.
5. Define business and technical requirements for project development and ensure that client-centered, best business defined and validated solutions that meet business needs, goals, or objectives are implemented to deliver on key projects.
6. Be highly communicative and willing to engage with people e.g., Regulators/3rd Party/ Dev/ Testing/ Product Owners.
7. Ability to build good relationships.
