Senior Business Analyst - 7 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, control, and escalate potential risks that may increase costs.
- Manage costs or expenses within the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Deliver on operational and cost targets, ensuring minimal wastage.
- Ensure customer service excellence aligned with organisational values and service standards.
- Build and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to fully understand needs and enhance service delivery.
- Exceed customer expectations through innovative and appropriate solution application.
- Provide clear and relevant product/service information to customers.
- Foster collaborative relationships within the area of specialisation.
- Develop integrated business analyses and projections for strategic decision-making.
- Review current processes using operational metrics, and propose process optimisations.
- Provide recommendations to peers, supported by documentation and benchmarks.
- Partner with the Business Analyst Manager to conduct workshops and gather/document business requirements.
- Guide and quality assure business unit and product house projects.
- Identify project risks during requirements gathering to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to manage interdependencies and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with business units to prioritise and rationalise initiatives.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure due diligence throughout project lifecycle (pre-, during, and post-implementation).
- Offer fit-for-purpose solutions with flexibility and customisation for efficiency.
Qualifications- Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred: Certification in Business Analysis; specialised training in data analysis or process improvement.
