To ensure effectiveness of implementation as well as continuous improvement of existing solutions by collaborating with and acting as a link between different stakeholders
Here's what you'll get to do:
Client Centric Engagements
- Developing a good working relationship with clients both internal and externally.
- Providing 1st line product/service support to clients for all solutions in line with SLAs and new service stabilization periods.
- Promoting, facilitating and participating in industry /product focused workshops and forums.
- Maintain service, quality, and desired outputs within a specific functional process through ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and standards.
- Providing support to the delivery teams, and other operations teams
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy, compliance, and productivity.
Analysis Requirements:
- Elicit and document business needs (internal & external) through relevant tools and techniques.
- Analyze business requirements and formulate compelling business solutions including risk and impact assessments.
- Foster cross functional collaboration for successful SDLC.
- Prepare and maintain planning, design, implementation and solution documents: (fit-for-purpose, not limited)
- Business Requirements Specification
- Functional Requirements Specification
- Integration Specification
- User Stories
- In-depth understanding of Master Data Management principles
- Gather and interpret data for data analysis
- Facilitate the translation of Business Requirements into Systems requirements.
- Participate in reviewing third party vendor solutions to fit-for-purpose. (POCs)
- Quality Assurance Process: Facilitate user acceptance testing inclusive of (not limited):
- Test Plan
- Test Cases
- Regression Testing
- Contribute generally as a member of the team to the successful delivery of approved projects outputs.
- Share knowledge on and participate in the creation of new and improved standards, control systems and procedures to maintain service delivery.
- Identify and recommend continuous improvements in work processes, procedures, and schedules.
- Participate in continuous knowledge sharing within the team and support all other supporting functions (Testing, Service Desk etc.).
What a suitably qualified candidate needs to have:
- Relevant Diploma or B Degree in Business or Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in System Development
- Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in the Financial Industry would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Certificate / Diploma in Business Analysis
- IIBA Certification advantageous
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of data management principles
- Proficient in business process modelling tools e.g.: Visio
