We are urgently seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Card Payments to support a high-impact initiative as a consultant.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as the lead for card payment initiatives, ensuring alignment with Standard Bank's delivery framework. You will analyze, document, and translate business requirements related to VISA, Mastercard, and ISO8583-based transaction processing systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, developers, testers, and compliance teams is essential.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating feature refinement workshops, prioritizing backlogs, ensuring timely delivery, driving PCI DSS compliance, supporting UAT, and monitoring post-release performance for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Feature Analyst in financial services.
• Proven experience with card payment systems, especially VISA and Mastercard processing flows.
• Solid understanding of ISO8583 messaging standards.
• Exposure to ISO20022 messaging and migration projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance and security protocols.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
