• Contribute to the IT departmental business plan to ensure focus areas are met.
• Apply cost-effectiveness principles in planning and delivery.
• Provide input into the divisional budget and manage allocated budgets.
• Guide on system solution selection to meet strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Champion Business Analyst services with stakeholders.
• Understand business needs through day-to-day operations.
• Maintain relationships with Business Owners and other IT teams.

Self-Management & Development

• Enhance personal and team capabilities.
• Stay updated on legislation and standards.

Transformation and Innovation

• Research, develop, and implement improvements and innovative solutions.

Process Management

• Manage delivery of multiple projects.
• Draft system requirements, conduct analyses, and produce business cases.
• Support testing, training, and project coordination.

Qualifications and Skills
