Job Responsibilities

• Oversees business simulations, information analysis, and modelling.
• Oversees the overall design, development, implementation, integration, and testing of the Information Management System capabilities (e.g., ERP, Business Analytics / Power BI).
• Responsible for all modelling processes (processes and data).
• Provides guidance and control to ensure data integrity and quality, including consistency with business policies and procedures.
• Identifies shared data, establishes acceptable meanings, and ensures consistent interpretation throughout the enterprise.
• Analyzes and effectively translates user requirements into a User Requirements Specification.
• Negotiates scope and time scales with business users and developers/vendors.
• Acts as a liaison and provides problem resolution between customers, vendors, IT, and business units.

Project Management

• Delivers project inputs according to time, quality, and budget requirements.
• Ensures accurate progress communication and manages stakeholder expectations effectively.

Product Development

• Participates actively in continuous development and innovation by contributing ideas for new features and functionalities.

Operational

• Participates in the quality system and applies the company's procedures, policies, and practices.
• Oversees and performs quality checks on data migration routines, reviews outputs against standards, and seeks process improvements.
