About the Role

Our client, a prominent digital media production house, is seeking an experienced Senior Broadcast Producer and Director to lead remote production teams and oversee the creation of compelling broadcast content. This is a fully remote position, requiring a visionary leader adept at managing all facets of production, from concept development through to final delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution, adhering to broadcast standards, and driving innovative content strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage remote production teams, including crew, talent, and post-production staff.
• Oversee the entire production lifecycle: pre-production, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Develop creative concepts and treatments for broadcast programs, commercials, and digital content.
• Direct live and pre-recorded segments, ensuring high standards of performance and technical quality.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, network executives, and creative partners.
• Ensure all content adheres to broadcast regulations and network guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Producer and Director in broadcast television or digital media, with a strong portfolio of produced work.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and coordinate distributed production workflows.
• Proficiency in various production software and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, sound recording, and editing principles.
• Experience directing talent and managing live broadcasts or complex shoots.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Broadcasting, Media Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
