Placements24 is seeking a highly creative Senior Broadcast Graphics Designer in Port Elizabeth to conceptualize and execute dynamic on-air graphics for television, live events, and digital platforms.

You will lead the design of title sequences, lower thirds, transitions, and animations, collaborating with production teams to deliver visually compelling content while maintaining brand consistency across shows and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in graphic design or animation.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in broadcast graphics or motion design.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D is a significant advantage.
• Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing dynamic visual graphics for television broadcasts, live events, and digital platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing the visual appeal and storytelling of various programs, working closely with production teams to deliver compelling on-air graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and animations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, brand consistency, and a deep understanding of broadcast workflows. Key Responsibilities
