Work model : Remote (can be based anywhere in South Africa). Need to be able to legally work in SA to be considered.

Requirements :
- You are insatiably curious.
- Have 5 years experience in a brand strategy or marketing role with excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
- Enjoy learning from people who have seen and done a lot.
- Are a team player but are equally happy to take a piece of work from brief to presentation on your own if needed.
- Can handle high pressure periods without breaking down.
- Have a positive and proactive attitude.
- Have a bachelor's degree in marketing communication or branding (unless your skills are exceptional in which case we can discuss it).
What you’ll do :
- Research current market trends and predict future trends that might affect a client’s product or service.
- Perform target audience research.
- Interview clients and their stakeholders.
- Develop and present brand strategies in line with our client’s strategy framework.
- Develop key brand messaging from the brand strategy.
- Research and brainstorm brand names.
- Contribute to the brand identity development from the creative teams.
- Interact with clients face-to-face via Zoom in writing and by telephone.
- Develop consistent content for our client’s marketing including the podcast blog and social media platforms.
- Research to identify competitors and their strengths or weaknesses.

- Perform other duties as defined by management.
