An international brand in the FMCG space is looking to hire a seasoned Senior Brand Marketing Manager.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving integrated consumer-centric brand activation through superior execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Project Management
2. Budget Management
3. Innovation Pipeline
4. Stakeholder relations (internal and external)
5. Agency Management
6. Brand Activation
7. Developing concepts to launch
8. End to End Strategy
9. Defining integrated brand activation planning, including leading alignment on brand pricing and promotions, distribution, and trade marketing strategies.
10. Analysing and continuously adjusting overall brand performance.
11. Driving media plans on relevant channels
12. Analysing and monitoring campaign performance for improvement
13. Coordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production and Finance
14. Collaborating with external agencies
15. Creating the right consumer experience within the prioritized touchpoints (leveraging BrandCos primary and secondary assets)
16. Recruiting talented employees

Experience & Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing
2. 8 years of portfolio management and brand activation experience
3. Experience leading teams and agencies.
