You will own the brand P&L, conduct market research, build integrated campaigns across digital, ATL, and BTL, and collaborate with sales, product development, and supply chain to ensure consistent execution and ROI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive FMCG brand management experience.
• Proven track record in launching products and growing brands.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
