If you're ready to step into a Senior Brand Manager role with a multinational business and drive innovation, communication, and growth across a portfolio of exciting brands — then this could be your next big move.About the Role : Reporting into the Group Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing powerful brand strategies that deliver volume, value, and profit growth.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Sales, Customer Channel, R&D, and Packaging teams to bring compelling product and marketing solutions to life.Lead the development and execution of full brand plans using shopper and consumer insights.Drive innovation and renovation projects across product, packaging, pricing, and promotions.Partner with creative agencies to roll out both ATL and BTL campaigns.Leverage data to drive brand health, track marketing ROI, and grow market share.Own daily brand operations, including forecasting, performance tracking, spend management, and media planning.Provide guidance and mentorship to a Junior Brand Manager.Required Skills : 5+ years in brand or marketing management, ideally in FMCG or consumer goodsProven track record in driving cross-functional projects and launching innovation to marketInsight-led thinker with strong financial acumen and commercial savvyStrong knowledge of both retail and direct-to-consumer environmentsDigitally savvy with a solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystemConfident leader with experience managing or mentoring junior talentRelevant tertiary qualification (B, Marketing, Business, or similar)Should you meet the required skills please respond to this advert
