Qualifications

• Degree or formal education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience within creative, advertising, branding, or integrated marketing agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original conceptual thinking, contemporary visual aesthetics, and campaign-level execution across multiple formats.
• Proficiency in modern AI-powered creative tools, with the ability to leverage them effectively for ideation and production workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for multi-channel campaigns across social media, websites, presentations, print materials, event branding, and digital experiences.
• Lead the visual development of assigned projects from concept through final execution.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, developers, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during internal reviews.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and clients as required.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
