Job summary

African Coal in Sandton, Johannesburg, invites an experienced Bookkeeper to join the Group Head Office. You will work closely with management, handling daily financial operations and providing accurate reports across the group.

The role offers exposure to broad finance and administrative activities and clear opportunities for career progression. The ideal candidate has a relevant qualification and at least five years of bookkeeping experience, with strong Excel and accounting software skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of PAYE, UIF, VAT, SARS eFiling and tax compliance.
• Experience with CIPC registrations, annual returns and compliance.
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, payments and financial reports.
• Payroll administration experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
