Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain architectures, cryptography, and distributed ledgers.
• Experience with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Web3 development frameworks/tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Web3.js, Ethers.js.
• Experience with front-end technologies (React, Vue, Angular) is a plus.
• Strong security practices in smart contract development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot).
• Architect and build decentralized applications (dApps) from concept to deployment.
• Contribute to the core development of proprietary blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features.
• Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire blockchain stack.
