Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of software development, with at least 3 years in blockchain/smart contract development.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go.
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with blockchain dev frameworks and tools (Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, Ethers.js).
• Track record of secure, audited smart contracts and dApps.
• Familiar with multiple blockchain networks and ecosystems.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and security mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a hybrid team in Pietermaritzburg.

Requirements
